What this site publishes
Every article, guide, table, and tool on this site is original editorial work written by the site's own editor. Factual game data — rebirth milestone constants, code names and their reported rewards, update notes, availability status — is information, and each table names the source it was checked against with a checked date. The site does not host Bee Swarm Simulator or BSS 1:1 - Rebirths game files, music, or downloadable assets, does not redistribute the game, and does not host user uploads. Roblox and Bee Swarm Simulator are trademarks of their respective owners; this independent fan site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Onett, or the Bees 1:1 creator group.
Editorial use of game facts and names
The site reports on BSS 1:1 - Rebirths and its surrounding events — including its late-2026 content restriction and the community-reported takedown attribution — as news, commentary, and reference. Referring to a game by name, describing its documented mechanics, quoting short public descriptions with attribution, and linking to official pages are standard editorial uses, not claims of ownership. Where background knowledge comes from the original Bee Swarm Simulator's community wiki, pages label it as main-game context rather than presenting it as a fact about this specific Roblox experience.
If you believe material infringes your copyright
Send a notice that contains all of the following, and we will act on it:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL (or URLs) on bss11rebirths.wiki that contain the material at issue.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send a notice
Send complete notices to dmca@bss11rebirths.wiki. Use "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. Incomplete notices get one request for the missing elements; notices that stay incomplete, or that are abusive or clearly misdirected (for example, disputes about in-game moderation or Roblox account actions, which this site has no control over), may be closed without action. We review complete notices and, where they check out, remove or replace the disputed material within a target of ten business days, and we note the change on the affected page.
Counter-notices
If material you published is referenced in a takedown discussion on this site, or if you believe your own content was removed as a result of a notice in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with: the removed material's location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of a court competent to decide the dispute, and your signature. We will review counter-notices on the same timeline and restore material where the dispute resolves in your favor or the filer does not pursue the claim.
Repeat infringement and misuse
This site has no user accounts, no comment sections, and no user-generated content, so there is no repeat-infringer account policy to administer; contributors follow a one-strike review rule. Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — can make the sender liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If your concern is actually about a Roblox moderation action, a purchase, or an account issue, those belong with Roblox Support or the game's creator channels, not with this fan site.
Other rights questions
For trademark questions, attribution requests, or licensing questions about our original text and tables, use the contact page rather than the DMCA address where possible, and describe the material and the right you hold. The site's terms of service and disclosure pages describe the site's unofficial status and advertising boundaries in more detail.
